Adria Village offers both independent and assisted living options to cater to the diverse needs of its residents. The village features 36 independent living units, each comprising two bedrooms and a single lock-up garage. These units are designed for individuals who are relatively self-sufficient but appreciate the security and community of a retirement village. For those needing more support, Adria Care provides residential care with 42 rooms, including specialised units for respite care and a Special Care Unit. This setup supports residents by promoting a lifestyle that values independence while offering necessary assistance and fostering a community atmosphere. The village emphasises a caring, secure, and homelike environment, upholding each resident’s dignity, privacy, and quality of life. Adria Village is conveniently located near amenities and is well-connected by public transport, enhancing the ease of living for its residents.

Special Care

At Adria Village, the special care program integrates extensive healthcare services to ensure comprehensive support and well-being for its residents. This care includes access to a variety of health professionals to meet a wide range of needs—from medical assessments by general practitioners to specialised treatments such as physiotherapy, aromatherapy, and gerontology. Residents have the option to choose their doctors, ensuring personalised care that aligns with their medical histories and preferences. Additionally, the facility offers services from psychologists, speech pathologists, podiatrists, and pharmacists, providing a holistic approach to health care. This model prioritises the residents’ choice and autonomy, aligning with the facility’s commitment to dignity, privacy, and quality of life in a secure, homelike atmosphere.

Day-to-day Assistance

In our care home, day-to-day assistance encompasses a full spectrum of services aimed at making daily life comfortable and convenient for our residents. This includes handling all laundry, dining, and housekeeping needs, as well as arranging visits from hairdressers right on-site. Recognising the importance of social engagement for well-being, we also provide a rich schedule of outings, social activities, events, and a dynamic in-house activities program. These efforts are dedicated to fostering a lively community atmosphere, allowing residents to remain active and connected, enhancing their quality of life in a supportive setting.

Premium Facilities and Activities Program

Adria Village features premium facilities designed to enhance the living experience and cater to the needs of our residents. These facilities include a well-stocked library for reading enthusiasts, freshly cooked meals prepared by an on-site chef, and full laundry services for convenience. Additional amenities such as professional hairdressing services, meticulous housekeeping, and a bus service equipped with wheelchair facilities ensure comfort and accessibility for all residents.

An in-house activities program is in place to assist with resident’s social needs. Regular outings, social activities and events are included in the activities program which is designed with resident’s needs in mind. Our gardening activities offer healing time in nature, a space for quiet reflection and vital social gathering. A chapel is located on-site with Catholic and non-denominational Masses held regularly.
