Cooleman Court shopping centre is located 500m from the Village. Services located at Cooleman Court include: Banks (Commonwealth, NAB, St George and ANZ), Australia Post, Woolworths, news agency, restaurants and other speciality shops. Westfield Woden is located 5 minutes away by car.
Regular ACTION bus services pass at the front of the Village to Cooleman Court and Westfield Woden. Connections can be made from Woden to Civic, Belconnen and Tuggeranong town centres.
Adria Village currently has 36 independent living units that have two bedrooms with a single lock up garage. Units are leased and purchase price is based on current market conditions.
