Adria Independent Living Units are ideal for those who seek autonomy while enjoying the benefits of community living. These units are designed for individuals who are largely self-sufficient but appreciate the security and amenities offered by a supportive village environment.
Adria Village currently has 36 independent living units that have two bedrooms with a single lock-up garage. Units are leased and purchase price is based on current market conditions.
